This role is for someone who can **bring structure, ensure execution, and keep every moving part aligned with performance goals.**
Think of it as a **“chief of staff” for marketing** — driving clarity, accountability, and results.
**💼 What You’ll Do:**
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across organic, paid, and brand channels
• Manage campaigns from planning to execution and reporting
• Align teams (content, paid media, SEO, design, sales)
• Support SEO, content, and social growth initiatives
• Assist in managing paid campaigns (Google, Meta)
• Track performance, budgets, and timelines
• Maintain dashboards and marketing KPIs
• Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows
• Ensure accountability and follow-through across projects
**🎯 What We’re Looking For:**
• 2–5 years in marketing coordination / growth / operations roles
• Strong understanding of organic + paid marketing channels
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset (CPL, CAC, ROAS, performance tracking)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Proactive, detail-oriented, execution-focused
• English & Russian — Advanced
