Marketing & Branding Specialist

**Role type:** full-time, fully remote **Location:** Remote (Mexico) **Salary Range:** $1,800 – $2,300/month **Overview** We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented **Marketing & Branding Specialist** to support the development of branded materials and digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who can translate technical and project-based information into clear, compelling marketing content. ### Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage social media content for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn * Create, schedule, and optimize posts aligned with company projects and brand messaging * Design and format professional company documents, including: * Presentations * Qualification packages * Request for Proposals (RFPs) * Training materials * Ensure brand consistency across all communications and deliverables * Collaborate with internal teams and business groups to gather project information and marketing inputs * Coordinate photography projects by: * Identifying and selecting local photographers near project sites * Managing scheduling and logistics * Overseeing editing and final asset delivery * Ensuring proper usage of visual assets across marketing channels ### What Success Looks Like * Consistent and professional social media presence showcasing projects and capabilities * High-quality, branded documents that support business development efforts * Effective coordination of photography that highlights construction work and progress * Strong alignment between marketing outputs and the company’s brand and industry positioning **Requirements** ### **Qualifications** * Experience in marketing, branding, or a related field * Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred * Ability to translate technical/project information into clear marketing materials * Strong content creation and social media management skills * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva * Excellent written and visual communication skills * Fluency in the English language * Strong organizational and project management abilities * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency ### **Preferred** * Experience supporting proposal development or RFP responses in construction or professional services * Experience coordinating external vendors (e.g., photographers, designers) **Benefits** * Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. * Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. * Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client.
