  • Partner with finance on invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, collections follow-up, and revenue operations processes

  • Develop commercial proposals, business case summaries, and supporting materials for customer-facing opportunities

  • Collaborate with founders, operations, finance, engineering, and external counsel to move deals forward efficiently

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Sales Operations, Contract Management, Commercial Operations, or a related role

  • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, Order Forms, and service agreements

  • Familiarity with key contract concepts such as liability, indemnification, renewals, data protection, and commercial terms

  • Experience managing multiple contracts, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to simplify complex contractual concepts for business stakeholders

  • Comfortable working directly with customers and external partners

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment
