Bankruptcy Paralegal (Chapter 13 Practice)We are seeking Bankruptcy Paralegals to support a high-volume Chapter 13 practice. This role is ideal for individuals with strong financial or banking experience, excellent customer service skills, and solid Excel proficiency. Prior bankruptcy experience is preferred but not required — training will be provided.Responsibilities• Communicate with clients to collect required documentation (pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements).• Review, redact, organize, and prepare client documents for court filings.• Perform income analyses and financial calculations in Microsoft Excel to support bankruptcy plan development.• Prepare bankruptcy-related pleadings and filings, including affidavits, motions, objections, and trustee correspondence.• Monitor case status and court deadlines; follow up with clients to ensure compliance.• Track client payments and address delays or inconsistencies.• Enter, update, and manage case data in Clio (legal practice management software).• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure accurate and timely case handling.Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and logical functions.• Ability to review, organize, and manage legal and financial documentation.• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software tools.• 1–2 years of experience in office, legal, financial services, or banking environments (preferred).• Familiarity with legal practice management software (Clio preferred).• Experience with bankruptcy software such as Best Case (preferred). #SolvoGlobal#LI-PROMOTED#LI-Remote
