Lead UX/IU

We are looking for a **Lead UX/UI Designer** to lead the strategy and execution of user experience and interface design across our digital products. This role will be responsible for ensuring user-centered, consistent, and high-quality experiences aligned with business goals, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams. This position combines **design leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution**, contributing both to defining UX/UI standards and designing solutions for new and existing products. **Responsibilities** * Lead the **UX/UI strategy** across the company’s digital products. * Design **user-centered experiences** based on research, data, and best practices. * Define and maintain **design systems, style guides, and UI standards**. * Collaborate with **Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders** to translate requirements into design solutions. * Oversee design quality across all stages: **research, wireframes, prototypes, UI, and developer handoff**. * Mentor and guide UX/UI designers when applicable. * Promote **user research, usability testing, and continuous improvement**. * Ensure visual and interaction consistency across platforms (web and/or mobile).
