About this Role.
Jalasoft is looking for an experienced Lead React Frontend Developer to spearhead our frontend development efforts. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality React applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences. If you have a strong technical background combined with leadership skills and passion for React development, join us to make a significant impact in our projects.
Requirements
Must Have:
4+ years of professional experience with React in production environments
Strong experience with CSS including Flexbox, Grid and responsive design
Experience translating UI/UX designs into production-ready code (Design-to-Code)
Solid experience using npm and the JavaScript package ecosystem
Experience using Git in collaborative development environments
Experience configuring and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge and practical application of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
Understanding of Semantic Versioning and release management practices
Nice to Have:
Experience working on large-scale frontend applications
Experience with frontend performance optimization
Experience writing automated tests for React applications
Experience working with design systems or reusable component libraries
Familiarity with modern frontend build tools such as Vite or Webpack
