Build the Future of E-commerce
We're looking for an exceptional Lead Product Designer to redefine the digital experience across our portfolio of brands. This is not a production design role. We're looking for someone who understands that outstanding design drives commercial performance through exceptional UX, intuitive interfaces and conversion-focused thinking.

The Opportunity
You will take established UX foundations and transform them into world-class, high-converting digital experiences. You will own the design process, collaborate directly with our Shopify developer and influence key product decisions throughout the engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Critique existing UX and wireframes from a usability, accessibility and conversion perspective.
Design premium high-fidelity interfaces in Figma for desktop and mobile.
Create elegant customer journeys that reduce friction and maximise conversion.
Build scalable design systems using components, variables and Auto Layout.
Design sophisticated e-commerce experiences and interactions.
Specify animations and micro-interactions where they enhance usability.
Work closely with our in-house Shopify developer through implementation.
Produce developer-ready files, documentation and component libraries.
Challenge assumptions and continually improve the customer experience.
Ensure every design decision has a clear commercial purpose.

Requirements
Essential Experience
Extensive experience designing high-performing e-commerce experiences.
Exceptional UX and UI design skills.
Expert Figma knowledge including components, variables and design systems.
Deep understanding of CRO and customer behaviour.
Experience collaborating closely with developers.
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating premium digital products.
Excellent communication skills and confidence to challenge ideas constructively.
Highly Desirable
Shopify experience.
Live commerce or video-first experience.
Behavioural design knowledge.
Motion design and micro-interactions.
Experience using AI within the design process.
Accessibility best practice.
