Accountabilities:

• Lead contract management activities and support the effective administration of contractual relationships across relevant customer and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure contract-related activities are coordinated effectively and aligned with business needs.
• Apply strong attention to detail when reviewing, managing, and maintaining contractual documentation and related processes.
• Support the resolution of contract-related questions, issues, and requirements while maintaining clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Help ensure contract activities are handled efficiently within a complex, fast-changing life sciences environment.
• Contribute to process improvements and challenge existing ways of working where opportunities to increase efficiency, quality, or consistency are identified.
• Build productive relationships across specialized teams and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on customer success and operational excellence.
• Maintain a proactive approach to changing priorities and support additional responsibilities aligned with the needs of the role.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience in contract management or a closely related commercial, legal, operational, or business function.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex and evolving environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with contractual documentation, processes, and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, teams, and geographies.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a practical approach to addressing contract-related challenges.
