Junior AI & Technology Consultant
Overview
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Computer Science graduate with strong analytical capabilities and excellent English communication skills to join our team as a Junior Technology Consultant (AI & Digital Transformation).
The ideal candidate brings early professional experience in technology consulting, cloud solutions, AI platforms, or digital transformation initiatives, preferably within globally recognized consulting environments. This role is designed for a high-potential professional eager to contribute to technology strategy, system implementation, AI innovation, and business transformation projects while working alongside senior consultants and international clients.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Support technology consulting initiatives related to digital transformation, system implementation, and process optimization.
Assist in analyzing business and technical requirements to propose effective technology solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consulting projects on time and within scope.
Participate in client meetings, documenting requirements, action items, and project updates.
Conduct research on emerging technologies, platforms, AI solutions, and industry best practices.
Business & Technical Analysis
Translate business needs into technical insights and actionable recommendations.
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and solution evaluation.
Support solution design discussions and contribute to technical documentation.
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend technology-driven improvements.
AI Platforms & Cloud Technology
Work with Open Cloud / AI platforms or similar AI ecosystems.
Install, configure, and manage AI tools within cloud environments.
Build and deploy AI assistants and AI-powered workflows.
Develop AI automations to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency.
Support AI integrations, APIs, and automation frameworks.
Collaborate with teams to implement AI-driven business solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Apply prompt engineering techniques and AI workflow optimization practices.
Project & Stakeholder Support
Work closely with senior consultants and project leaders.
Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
Maintain accurate project documentation aligned with consulting methodologies.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced Technical Support
Provide Tier 3 (L3) technical support for complex systems and infrastructure issues.
Diagnose advanced technical problems and implement scalable solutions independently.
Requirements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Approximately 1–2 years of professional experience in technology consulting, IT consulting, digital transformation, or similar environments.
Exposure to consulting firms such as:

IBM Consulting
Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
McKinsey & Company

EY, PwC, or KPMG
· Experience with AI platforms, automation tools, or enterprise AI solutions.
· Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar).
· Exposure to digital transformation, data analytics, or enterprise systems.
· Experience working with international clients.
· Consulting mindset with strong business and strategic thinking.
· Presentation and stakeholder communication experience.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
