About the Role

We are seeking an execution-focused, highly organized Junior Account Manager to support and oversee communication, reporting, and day-to-day operations for partner accounts within a fast-paced performance marketing environment. Reporting directly to the COO, you will serve as the core relationship hub and the "face and voice" of the agency.

This role is a critical operational position built for a proactive team player who can command a virtual room, confidently interface with executive-level stakeholders (CEOs, VPs, and founders), and bridge the gap between client visions and internal execution. You will enjoy a trust-based remote culture with extensive travel flexibility, supported by solid training on the agency's proprietary performance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily communication loops with partner accounts via email, Slack, and scheduled virtual syncs, ensuring proactive status updates and rapid issue escalation.

  • Present performance insights confidently to multiple stakeholders, holding the room during key client account reviews independently when leadership is unavailable.

  • Translate incoming client feedback, strategic pivots, or operational timeline modifications directly into clear, actionable briefs for internal media buyers and developers.

  • Maintain complete daily project tracking documentation, task pipelines, and creative asset lifecycles within Notion.

  • Prepare, spot-check, and deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports tracking campaign data points including revenue, spend, and margins.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional account management, campaign coordination, or client services experience within a marketing agency environment.

  • Communicate with strong professional verbal and written English skills, with the presence to comfortably manage virtual rooms and navigate small talk with U.S. stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with digital workspace and project management tools, specifically Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).

  • Possess strong attention to detail and absolute comfort working with numbers, trend data, and quantitative reporting.

  • Exhibit a strong "ownership mindset" characterized by \punctuality, proactive curiosity, and a drive to flag anomalies or solutions.
