This is a highly entrepreneurial environment offering **remote work across LatAm, high autonomy, low hierarchy, strong exposure to founders, and diverse projects across industries**—ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career beyond traditional finance paths. **Overview** We are looking for a more senior profile to act as an Investment Banking Associate, with stronger ownership of client relationships and project execution. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead financial modeling and analysis for client engagements * Own client communication and manage day-to-day relationships * Gather requirements and translate business needs into financial solutions * Develop strategic recommendations and financial insights * Work closely with founders and leadership teams **Requirements** ### **Profile** * 3–5+ years of experience in finance (investment banking, consulting, or similar) * Strong experience in financial modeling and client-facing roles * Ability to structure problems and propose solutions (consultative mindset) * Fluent English (required) * High autonomy and ownership **Benefits** ### * Compensation: COP and Contractor type of hiring. * Fully remote (LatAm) * High-impact role with direct client exposure
