This is a highly entrepreneurial environment offering **remote work across LatAm, high autonomy, low hierarchy, strong exposure to founders, and diverse projects across industries**—ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career beyond traditional finance paths. ### **Investment Banking Analyst** ### **Overview** We are looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to support financial modeling, reporting and financial analysis across multiple projects. ### **Responsibilities** * Build and maintain financial models (valuation, projections, scenario analysis) * Prepare financial reports and client deliverables * Analyze business performance, financial statements, and key metrics * Support investment, strategic, and operational finance projects * Adapt to different client needs across industries **Requirements** ### * 2–3 years of experience in finance (investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or similar) * Strong skills in financial modeling and Excel * High attention to detail and analytical thinking * Fluent English * Comfortable working remotely and in a fast-paced, flexible environment **Benefits** * Compensation: COP - Contractor type of hiring. * Fully remote. * High exposure to diverse projects and clients.
