* Design and develop effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps for customers and partners.
* Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning and produce impactful results.
* Generate scripts, storyboards, and prototypes of training content to be reviewed and approved by key stakeholders.
* Leverage various multimedia approaches and authoring tools to create interactive online learning experiences.
* Create and update curriculum to be delivered in multiple modalities including online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training.
* Ensure course materials meet quality standards and align with writing and style guidelines.
* Effectively own content development projects and collaborate with SMEs, curriculum managers and other internal stakeholders, as well as ILT content delivery teams.
* 1+ years of curriculum management, learning experience, and/or instructional design experience in a corporate training environment. SaaS experience preferred.
* 2+ years of experience in adult learning, organizational development, or professional training programs.
* BA or BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, or another relevant field.
* Strong understanding of instructional design process, knowledge transfer methods, curriculum, and taxonomy.
* Experience with a variety of applications (Microsoft Office) and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia).
* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information and convert it into easily understandable and engaging learning content.
* Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs and develop media-rich, engaging, and high-impact learning solutions.
* Strong organizational and project management skills with a sense of ownership and the ability to successfully execute on deliverables.
* Excellent internal relationship-building skills and ability to drive effective communication, collaboration, and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities.
* Outstanding writing and editing skills, and attention to detail.
