We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent/Business Development Representative to support our client's growing real estate business. This role focuses on seller lead generation, outbound prospecting, lead qualification, relationship-building, and appointment-setting. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong CRM discipline, excellent follow-up skills, and a consultative approach to working with homeowners.
Generate and qualify seller leads through outbound prospecting
Conduct outreach to expired listings, FSBOs, and database contacts
Perform circle prospecting and database reactivation campaigns
Handle objections and nurture leads through consistent follow-up
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
Build long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partners
Contribute to process improvements and follow established workflows
Requirements
Preferred experience includes expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database reactivation, investor leads, cash offer leads, and long-term nurture campaigns
2+ years of real estate Inside Sales Agent experience OR 2+ years of seller-focused outbound prospecting experience
Experience with seller lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting
Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
Experience using CRM and prospecting tools
Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking style
Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with homeowners
Highly organized, self-motivated, and relationship-driven
Benefits
USD base salary + Performance Bonuses (5 Booked Appointment) + 65 Kept Appointment.
