About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Inside Marketing Specialist to support lead generation, CRM management, and marketing operations. This role will be responsible for researching prospective clients, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, maintaining CRM data, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, staying organized, and ensuring every opportunity is properly tracked and followed up.

This position will work closely with both the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless lead management process while supporting ongoing projects and reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and organize lead information within the CRM.

  • Research and identify prospective clients using online platforms and industry databases.

  • Execute lead nurturing and follow-up campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.

  • Monitor prospect engagement and coordinate the handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support outreach and marketing strategies.

  • Assist with project coordination, timelines, and communication across marketing initiatives.

  • Track and report on lead generation, CRM activity, and campaign performance.

  • Create and edit basic marketing assets or presentations using graphic design tools when needed.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve workflows and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Coordination, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a similar role.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of lead management and sales pipeline processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience conducting online research and analyzing data.

  • Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma to create or edit marketing materials.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with B2B marketing or lead generation.

  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot Workflows.

  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello.

  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns across email, social media, or digital channels.

  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting.
