We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, acting as the bridge between sellers, influencers, and brands. This role is perfect for someone with excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of creator dynamics, and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns without compromising quality or timelines.

Your Skillset
* Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns after the sale — from kickoff to final report.
* Coordinate cross-functional communication with sellers, retention managers, and influencers.
* Manage up to 30 influencer campaigns simultaneously.
* Take full ownership of: Timeline coordination, Influencer slating, Draft review and verification, Ensuring full completion of deliverables, Acting as the voice of the influencer throughout the process.
* Deliver white-glove service to clients, ensuring alignment with brand tone, voice, and strategy.
* Stay updated with platform trends, creator shifts, and what's going viral.
* Negotiate influencer rates and understand estimated budgets.
* Track and optimize campaign budgets.
* Monitor deliverables and ensure high-quality content that meets brand guidelines and campaign goals.
* Proactively flag and resolve issues, escalating when necessary and proposing solutions.
* Stay organized and manage multiple timelines, creators, and deliverables in parallel.
* Gather all required inputs (e.g., shipping addresses, product info, payment details).
* Collaborate with Data Ops for post-campaign performance reporting.
