The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy inbound closer. You must be a true self-starter who is motivated by making money, comfortable on camera, and entirely unfazed by rejection.
This is a high-velocity, high-volume SMB Account Executive role. You will not be managing 3 long-term enterprise accounts; you will be taking 3-5 inbound discovery calls a day and are expected to close 8+ new deals per month.
In this role, you will handle inbound discovery video calls generated by our marketing. You will follow up with prospects in our CRM (GoHighLevel) via text, phone calls, and email until they either close or clearly opt out. You will be expected to keep your pipeline rigidly organized, document everything properly, and communicate clearly with the team.
The Ramp-Up:
Week 1: Learn the company, our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), our offering, and shadow live discovery calls.
Week 2: Practice leading discovery calls while a sales manager shadows you for support.
Week 3: Lead discovery calls completely solo and start following up with your pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Handle all booked video discovery calls, answer prospect questions, and explain our service confidently and professionally.
Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods.
Maintain a clear, up-to-date, and accurate pipeline in our CRM.
Review your recorded discovery calls with the team to continuously improve.
Show up early or on time to internal and external meetings, every single time.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth client hand-offs from sales to recruiting.
Report any recurring prospect objections, feedback, or issues to the Manager.
Requirements:
Quick on your toes, highly adaptable, and fiercely motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Previous B2B remote closer experience for a US company (highly preferred).
Must be self-motivated and highly productive in a remote environment.
Must be heavily motivated by financial upside and making money.
Proven experience overcoming objections and asking deep questions to find prospect pain points.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn software quickly.
GoHighLevel experience (or general advanced CRM experience) is required.
Location: Remote (Targeting LATAM / EST time zones)
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EDT
Compensation: Guaranteed USD Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | First Year OTE: 29,000 - 45,000 USD
