We're looking for an experienced **Immigration Paralegal** to support a diverse caseload of family-based and humanitarian immigration matters. This role is ideal for a highly proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage cases independently and handle sensitive matters with care and professionalism. **Responsibilities:** * Manage a caseload of immigration matters with minimal supervision * Prepare and file applications, petitions, and supporting documentation * Assist attorneys with case strategy and client communications * Maintain organized and accurate case files * Track deadlines and ensure timely filings with USCIS and EOIR * Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish * Gather and review supporting documents for completeness and accuracy **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal * Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) * Strong experience handling: VAWA petitions, Asylum cases, Removal defense, EOIR matters, Adjustment of Status (AOS) and Marriage-based visas * Excellent case management and document preparation skills * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Proactive with the ability to anticipate case needs * Able to work independently with minimal oversight * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Professional and empathetic when handling sensitive immigration matters **Benefits** * Access to a **$200K+ perk marketplace** with discounts on 150+ global services. * Option to **withdraw up to 50% of approved earnings** before payday.
