About this Role.

HUBSPOT SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT (CONTRACT) Overview We’re seeking a senior HubSpot contractor to lead a one-time, end-to-end implementation of HubSpot across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. This role owns platform architecture, configuration, automation, and handoff to a production-ready state. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and the client to design and deploy a scalable, well-governed HubSpot instance aligned to real GTM workflows. Engagement Details - Type: One-time contract - Duration: Fixed-scope implementation - Focus: Architecture, build, QA, and handoff (no ongoing admin required) Scope of Work - Architect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops) - Design data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects - Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring - Implement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack - Support data migration, cleanup, and QA - Build dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility - Document system architecture and implementation decisions - Deliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment Deliverables - Fully configured HubSpot deployment - Documented CRM architecture (objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages) - Live automations, workflows, and routing logic - Integrated external tools and validated data syncs - Executive and operator dashboards - Final QA, documentation, and handoff REQUIREMENTS Must Have - Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations - Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise - Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring - Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware) - Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA - Strong documentation and handoff discipline - Excellent written and spoken English - Client-facing delivery or consulting experience Nice to Have - HubSpot certifications - RevOps or GTM operations background - Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions - Familiarity with automation/integration tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) - Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards
