Job description: **HR Recruiter** **Job Type:** Full-time (PST hours) **Location:** Remote **Start Date:** Immediate **Industry:** Staffing / Professional Services **Position Overview:** UniTriTeam is seeking a full-time Virtual Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating top-tier candidates across a variety of industries and roles for our global client base. You will work closely with our Business Development (BD) team to understand client needs and deliver top talent. If you're a resourceful, detail-oriented recruiter who enjoys working with diverse clients and is excited about creating scalable systems from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** · Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for client roles across various industries · Collaborate with the BD team to understand role requirements and hiring priorities · Build and post job listings on relevant platforms and manage job distribution · Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to determine fit · Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients · Provide timely updates and communication to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process · Continuously improve recruiting workflows and recommend process enhancements **Requirements:** · 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment · Startup experience preferred · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; experience in such settings is a strong plus · Strong organizational and communication skills · Ability to manage multiple open roles and shifting priorities · Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach · Comfortable working independently in a remote environment · Availability to work full-time on West Coast (PST) hours **Perks & Benefits:** · 100% remote work · Collaborative, mission-driven team · Opportunity to lead and shape core recruitment infrastructure · Flexible, supportive work environment
