HR & People Operations Manager Bilingual (English / Spanish) • Remote – LATAM • Independent Contractor Reports To: Business & Admin Director Classification: Independent Contractor (1099) Location: Remote – LATAM (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, or Peru preferred) Hours: Must overlap with US business hours (Eastern / Central) About the Role We're looking for a Bilingual HR & People Operations Manager to work directly alongside our Business & Admin Director as a trusted internal HR operator and strategic partner. This is not an employee relations or people-facing role — we have an HR agency that handles workforce communication and day-to-day employee support. What we need from you is different. You'll own the infrastructure behind our HR function: the filings, the compliance, the strategy, the agendas, and the systems that keep everything running with discipline and integrity. You'll work alongside our HR agency and internal HR Coordinator, providing the strategic and operational backbone that ties it all together.
