Growth Operations Lead for a Marketing Agency (US Based/Remote)

We are seeking a Growth Engineer / Agency Operator to help scale a fast-growing agency business. This is not a traditional project management role — we are looking for someone who has built, operated, or scaled an agency or service-based business and understands how to create systems that drive growth, efficiency, and operational scale.

You will work closely with leadership to improve internal operations, optimize growth systems, implement AI-driven efficiencies, and help scale client delivery and business development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and improve operational systems, workflows, and SOPs across the business

• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies

• Optimize sales, pipeline, reporting, and client delivery processes

• Improve communication, accountability, and execution across departments

• Support growth initiatives, operational scaling, and strategic planning

• Help streamline agency operations and improve overall business performance

Requirements

• Experience building, scaling, or operating an agency or service-based business

• Strong background in growth systems, operations, and business scaling

• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and operational efficiencies

• Ability to work directly with founders in a fast-paced environment

• Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
