About this Role.

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is a rapidly growing PE-backed company specializing in vacant property security solutions — delivering steel door and window guard systems to commercial and residential properties across the market. With a strong sales engine already in motion, they are now investing heavily in their marketing infrastructure to match their growth ambitions. This is a company that moves fast, values data-driven decisions, and is looking for sharp operators who can build, execute, and optimize without needing their hand held.

Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will serve as the operational core of the marketing function — owning campaign execution, lead nurturing, CRM workflows, reporting, and paid search coordination across the business. This role is built for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and can bridge strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Working directly with leadership and the sales team, the Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing output with revenue growth goals.

Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9AM - 5PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns across multiple ICPs and buyer journeys to drive pipeline growth.

  • Coordinate campaign execution within HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring campaigns are properly segmented, timed, tracked, and optimized.

  • Own ongoing marketing initiatives including event campaigns, outbound sequences, and management of the company's LinkedIn profile and weekly social posting schedule.

Reporting & Marketing Analytics

  • Create and maintain live dashboards and reporting systems within HubSpot and other reporting tools to surface actionable insights.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTRs, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates, conversion rates, and pipeline attribution.

  • Analyze marketing and sales funnel performance to identify and act on optimization opportunities.

  • Help leadership clearly understand campaign performance and marketing ROI through clean, accessible reporting.

CRM & Marketing Operations

  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, automations, and lead routing processes to keep systems aligned and organized.

  • Improve visibility into lead attribution and campaign tracking across the full funnel.

  • Support ongoing process optimization across the marketing and sales ecosystem to reduce friction and improve throughput.

PPC & Vendor Coordination

  • Manage an existing, low-complexity paid search program in Google Ads, including branded search campaigns and limited non-brand tests.

  • Monitor spend and performance to help leadership make clear, data-backed decisions on paid campaigns.

  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution of paid search activity within HubSpot.

Content & SEO Support

  • Support blog publishing cadence and help optimize content for SEO best practices to maintain organic visibility.

  • Ensure blog posts, landing pages, and campaign assets are properly tagged and optimized for performance.

  • Collaborate with leadership on messaging and campaign positioning to maintain brand consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with revenue goals.

  • Communicate proactively regarding campaign launches, updates, insights, and optimization opportunities.

  • Take full ownership of projects and drive initiatives forward independently with minimal oversight.

Qualifications - Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a closely related role.

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot — campaigns, workflows, reporting, and lead routing.

  • Experience working inside Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.

  • Proven ability to build and optimize email nurture campaigns and marketing automations end-to-end.

  • Experience building dashboards and reports tied to marketing performance and funnel attribution.

  • Exposure to PPC campaign coordination and performance analysis, including Google Ads.

  • Experience in B2B marketing environments, ideally supporting high-growth or PE-backed companies.

  • Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management platforms is a plus.

  • Experience with SEO optimization and blog publishing workflows is a plus.

Qualifications - Skills

  • Marketing analytics — strong ability to interpret funnel data, attribution models, and campaign metrics to drive decisions.

  • Campaign execution — capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-moving environment with minimal oversight.

  • CRM operations — skilled at maintaining and optimizing marketing and sales systems to keep pipelines clean and aligned.

  • Proactive communication — comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and leadership and surfacing insights without being asked.

  • Attention to detail — data-driven mindset with a strong eye for accuracy in tracking, tagging, and reporting.

  • Project ownership — self-starter who can independently identify opportunities and push initiatives to completion.

What Success Looks Like

  • Faster campaign launch and testing cycles that increase marketing agility across the organization.

  • Improved visibility into marketing performance and attribution for leadership decision-making.

  • More efficient nurture campaigns and lead workflows that move prospects through the funnel effectively.

  • Better alignment between sales and marketing operations, reducing friction and improving lead handoff quality.

  • Clear, actionable reporting that supports data-driven decisions at the leadership level.

  • Increased responsiveness and agility across all marketing initiatives.

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a scaling PE-backed company at a pivotal stage of growth and directly shape how marketing drives revenue. The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, own meaningful initiatives from day one, and have the autonomy to build systems, run experiments, and make a measurable difference on the company's growth trajectory. If you thrive on ownership, move fast, and love turning data into action — this is the role for you.
