If you’re obsessed with performance, testing, and turning data into profit, this is your stage. * Build, manage, and scale campaigns across **Search (Brand & Non-Brand), Shopping, PMAX, and Display** * Own daily performance decisions: budgets, bids, scaling, and efficiency optimization * Analyze search terms, auction insights, and competitors to unlock growth opportunities * Execute **creative, audience, and structural tests** in collaboration with Creative and CRO teams * Optimize the full acquisition funnel—from impression to checkout—to improve **CVR, AOV, and profitability** * Align campaign strategy across channels to avoid cannibalization and maximize return * Implement bidding strategies (tROAS, Max Conversion Value, AI-driven solutions) * Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and act fast on trends * Deliver weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and prioritized actions * Stay ahead of **Google Ads AI updates and new features** to drive competitive advantage
