ROLE OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality print and digital design assets that support marketing, advertising, and operational initiatives. This is a hands-on creative role where the designer will take projects from ideation through execution, ensuring all deliverables align with brand identity, visual standards, and campaign objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design & Production
- Create print collateral, digital ads, and marketing materials for luxury real estate brands
- Produce designs that support strategic advertising and marketing campaigns, enhancing the overall customer experience
- Take creative direction and adapt designs based on feedback from marketing and operations teams
- Prepare final designs for print, ensuring proper file formats and resolution
Creative Development
- Establish new creative components for advertising and marketing efforts
- Innovate and develop fresh designs to elevate the customer journey and brand presentation
- Develop visually compelling graphics and layouts using strong design principles and artistic aptitude
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining creative integrity
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, providing rationale behind creative decisions
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within real estate or luxury brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work and creative projects
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and AI tools
- Experience with video editing software (nice to have)
- Solid understanding of web design constraints and platform capabilities
- Strong graphic and visual design skills, including knowledge of color theory, visual hierarchy, and design best practices
- Artistic aptitude for creating eye-catching and effective graphics
- Ability to design for both print and digital mediums, balancing creativity and functionality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to feedback while maintaining creative integrity
