Job Title: Graphic Designer (DTC / eCommerce Focus)
Job Type: Full-time / Remote

We’re helping our client find a versatile Graphic Designer with strong experience in DTC/eCommerce brands to support high-performing marketing campaigns across email, product imagery, and digital advertising. In this role, you will execute conversion-focused designs across multiple touchpoints while contributing to overall campaign performance and growth.
Design conversion-focused email creatives (campaigns, flows, newsletters) aligned with brand and retention strategies
Create high-quality product images and infographics for PDPs, Amazon listings, and landing pages
Develop digital ad creatives and banners for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google) and web use
Collaborate with marketing, growth, and copy teams to bring campaigns to life visually
Maintain brand consistency across all assets while adapting to different campaign needs
Optimize designs based on performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement)
Support A/B testing by producing multiple creative variations
Ensure all designs are mobile-first and platform-optimized
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in graphic design for DTC or eCommerce brands
Strong portfolio showcasing:
Email design
Product imagery / infographics
Paid ad creatives and banners
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Amazon A+ content or marketplace design
Basic motion graphics or GIF creation
Familiarity with Shopify or landing page builders
Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
