Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find a versatile Graphic Designer with strong experience in DTC/eCommerce brands to support high-performing marketing campaigns across email, product imagery, and digital advertising. In this role, you will execute conversion-focused designs across multiple touchpoints while contributing to overall campaign performance and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design conversion-focused email creatives (campaigns, flows, newsletters) aligned with brand and retention strategies
- Create high-quality product images and infographics for PDPs, Amazon listings, and landing pages
- Develop digital ad creatives and banners for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google) and web use
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and copy teams to bring campaigns to life visually
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets while adapting to different campaign needs
- Optimize designs based on performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement)
- Support A/B testing by producing multiple creative variations
- Ensure all designs are mobile-first and platform-optimized
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3–6+ years of experience in graphic design for DTC or eCommerce brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Email design
- Product imagery / infographics
- Paid ad creatives and banners

- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience working with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Amazon A+ content or marketplace design
- Basic motion graphics or GIF creation
- Familiarity with Shopify or landing page builders
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
