FullStack Engineer (Node/React/Crypto/Web3)

SENIOR FULL-STACK ENGINEER (REACT / TYPESCRIPT / NODE.JS) Location: LATAM (Remote) Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: Up to $120,000 USD annually ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is an emerging tech company innovating in the digital asset and Web3 space. THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with solid experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. You’ll be part of a lean, fast-moving engineering team responsible for delivering features end-to-end — from ideation and architecture to deployment and optimization. A strong understanding of Web3 technologies is required, and prior exposure to crypto, DeFi, or blockchain-based applications will make you stand out. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design to build seamless experiences for our users. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. - Contribute to architecture decisions for front-end and back-end systems. - Integrate with Web3 technologies (smart contracts, wallets, blockchain APIs, etc.). - Ensure performance, security, and reliability across distributed systems. - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and leadership. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentorship of junior engineers. REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - 3+ years working in Web3 or blockchain-related projects. - Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js. - Experience building and deploying cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or similar). - Understanding of smart contract integrations and blockchain fundamentals. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Must be based in LATAM. NICE TO HAVE - Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or NestJS. - Familiarity with crypto exchanges, NFTs, or decentralized finance platforms. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). - Contribution to open-source Web3 projects.
