Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React / Go) ======================================= **Remote | Engineering | Full-time - Only LATAM Based** ### **About the Role** We are seeking a **Senior Full-Stack Engineer** to join our Platform Integration team within a global gaming and entertainment ecosystem. This role is frontend-heavy (approximately 70% React/TypeScript and 30% Go), focused on building long-lasting, player-centric online experiences. You will be responsible for developing internal web-based platforms that power critical workflows across engineering, product, and live operations. This is not a marketing website environment; you will work in a technically demanding ecosystem where quality, stability, and long-term maintainability are critical for systems used at a global scale. ### **What You’ll Do** * **Frontend Development:** Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using React and TypeScript, emphasizing clean architecture and scalability. * **Backend Integration:** Contribute to backend services and APIs built in Go to enable reliable communication across internal platforms. * **End-to-End Ownership:** Own features from development through deployment, ensuring they support complex data flows and real-time updates. * **Collaboration:** Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions in a product-driven environment. * **Technical Excellence:** Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to improving team standards and documentation. * **System Evolution:** Develop tools that coordinate cross-functional initiatives and streamline integrations between multiple internal systems and services. ### **Requirements** * **Experience:** 5+ years of professional software development experience. * **Frontend Expertise:** Strong production-grade experience with React and TypeScript. * **Backend Proficiency:** Hands-on experience building or maintaining backend services in Go. * **Full-Stack Mentality:** Proven experience working in full-stack environments and integrating frontend applications with complex APIs. * **Problem Solving:** Strong debugging skills and the ability to navigate performance-sensitive, distributed systems. * **Communication:** Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and distributed teams. ### **Nice to Have** * **Tooling & Platforms:** Experience in platform engineering or internal tooling teams. * **Scale:** Background working with large-scale or high-complexity applications. * **DevOps & Cloud:** Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. * **Global Teams:** Experience working in distributed, multicultural environments. ### **About In All Media** In All Media is a global technology consulting firm.
