We are looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Executive to drive growth in the Spanish market by owning the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
You must have prior experience selling marketing or lead generation services and be confident handling outbound sales independently.
1. Research & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients and build prospect databases
Analyze market trends and opportunities in Spain
2. Cold Outreach & Engagement
Conduct high-volume cold calls and outreach campaigns
Initiate conversations and generate interest in services
3. Qualification & Sales Process Management
Conduct discovery calls and identify client needs
Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline
4. Closing Deals
Present tailored marketing solutions
Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities
Requirements
Native or fluent Spanish + strong English
2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales
Experience selling digital marketing / lead generation services (REQUIRED)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Consistent track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
