THE MISSION

We need a battle-tested "Operator-Entrepreneur" who has the scars, the grit, and the relentless drive to build from absolute zero. Your job is to take a validated venture concept, step into the cockpit as the driving force, and navigate the journey from early-stage incubation to a massive, self-sustaining ecosystem. This is a remote, high-availability role for a leader who views company building as their calling and thrives in high-stakes, 24/7 digital economies.

We value execution, velocity, and extreme ownership over everything else. Whether you have successfully exited a previous startup or have been the engineering/product powerhouse behind a high-velocity platform, we care about your ability to ship. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Venture Launchpad: Take complete ownership of a new venture blueprint, transforming structural concepts into a living, breathing, and revenue-generating business.

• Product Direction: Define the core product vision, map the technical roadmap, and ruthlessly prioritize features to achieve rapid product-market fit.

• Team Building: Recruit, inspire, and lead an elite, lean core team of developers, designers, and growth hackers who match our culture of high standards.

• Fundraising Support: Collaborate directly with our internal architecture team to craft compelling narratives, build investor materials, and secure strategic capital.

• Operational Execution: Manage the day-to-day chaos of a early-stage business, from establishing internal workflows to setting up daily shipment cadences.

• Growth Ownership: Own the primary customer acquisition and distribution channels, engineering viral loops and growth hooks that move markets.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• The "Founder DNA": Proven experience in the 0-to-1 phase of a technology or digital ecosystem. You know how to make decisions with imperfect information and limited resources.

• Product Obsession: A deep understanding of user psychology, conversion metrics, and visual craft. You know what makes an interface intuitive and a product addictive.

• Hyper-Availability: This isn't a job; it’s a mission. Building a world-class venture requires relentless focus. You must be available 7 days a week to lead your team and capture market momentum.

• Web3 Literacy: You possess a native fluency in the Web3 ecosystem. You understand tokenomics, decentralized community dynamics, and the unique logistics of digital assets.

• Magnetic Leadership: Exceptional communication skills. You can pitch a vision so clearly that top-tier talent leaves their comfortable roles to join your fight.

OPERATIONAL DETAILS

• Location: Fully Remote.

• Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires total commitment to manage early-stage venture cycles and global coordination).

• Payment: All compensation is processed in digital assets (USDC/USDT), combined with founder-level upside in the venture built.
