Financial Analyst – CDB Strategy

What You'll Do: * Support the creation and growth of our **CDB funding book** from the ground up * Interface with **Investment Platforms** * Monitor market conditions to identify the **best timing** and **strategies for CDB issuance** * Track competitors and benchmark rates, volumes, and strategies across the market * Build and maintain reports and controls using **Excel and SQL** * Analyze data to support decision-making on pricing, funding, and allocation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and improve financial products * Use **AI tools** to enhance analysis, productivity, and insights What You'll Need to Succeed: * ~1+ year of experience in **financial markets, preferably with CDB or fixed income products** * Experience in **banks, brokerages, or financial institutions** dealing with similar instruments * Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data * Working knowledge of **SQL** * Proficiency in **Excel for controls, analysis, and reporting** * Understanding of **how CDBs work**, including market dynamics and funding strategies * **High agency**: ability to take ownership and drive things forward with autonomy * Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing environment * Interest in **using AI as part of your daily workflow** * Experience using **AI tools for analysis or automation** * **Advanced English** Nice to Have: * Experience with **Python or other data tools** * Previous experience in f**unding, treasury, or liabilities management** * Exposure to **pricing strategies or financial product structuring**
