Our Client is one of the United States’ largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C). Team Function:
Responsible for designing and developing learning materials for various audiences across the Customer and Agent Solutions business segment.
Role Description:
Develops scalable, engaging solutions tailored to the provided project scopes. Acts as an in-house content designer, contributing to employee performance, productivity, and growth through cost-effective learning experiences.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in a similar role, preferrable with design experience
Experience with learning platforms
Fluent English
It is an advantage: Content creation for social media
Software management:
MIcrosoft Office
Articulate 360 or Captivate
Camtasia or Adobe Premier
AI-driven authoring tools Synthesia or AI driven Call simulator
