We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Partner while also assisting with marketing execution.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and can operate independently with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage and maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing commitments
Coordinate and book complex travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
Provide day-to-day administrative support
Help establish processes and systems to improve efficiency and organization
Marketing Support:
Manage and support LinkedIn and social media presence
Create, schedule, and publish posts to increase visibility
Assist with basic marketing coordination and content execution (not strategy-focused)
Requirements
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong experience in calendar management (required)
Proven ability to manage complex travel arrangements
Experience supporting senior stakeholders (e.g., founders, partners, executives)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and social media management
Basic marketing coordination experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and build structure from scratch
High level of discretion and professionalism
