Marathon Talent is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, adept at managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and facilitating efficient communication across departments and with external stakeholders. This role requires discretion, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Organize and support meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist with special projects and events as needed to support business objectives.
Coordinate administrative processes to improve executive productivity and office efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Experience supporting C-level executives is a plus.
