Executive Assistant Fully Remote Work From Home Role Part-time with the potential to transition to full-time $6–12/hr

Role

Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing roofing company based in the U.S.

In this role, you will manage administrative and operational tasks to help keep the business running efficiently. You will support email management, communication with insurance companies, CRM organization, scheduling, phone support, process automation, and day to day administrative responsibilities.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems rather than simply maintaining them. You'll be encouraged to leverage AI tools and technology to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and identify better ways of working. As the business continues to grow, you'll help build and maintain internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize emails and administrative correspondence • Schedule appointments, material deliveries, and crew assignments • Coordinate material takeoffs • Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and documentation • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and client files • Help improve and automate internal workflows and processes • Assist with the setup and maintenance of the company's training platform and internal website • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally • Provide general administrative and executive support as needed

Requirements: • Strong English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal) • Comfortable using project management and AI powered tools to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and support daily operations • Adaptable to change with a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for better ways to optimize processes, implement new technologies, and improve internal systems • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Highly Preferred:

• Previous experience in the roofing, construction, or home services industry • Experience with CompanyCam, Roofr, Quickbooks online, GoHighLevel, Zapier and XBuild • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

Location Remote

Availability Part-time (20 hours/week) with the potential to transition to full-time Must be available during U.S. EST / EDT business hours
