We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in SaaS outbound sales to generate high-quality opportunities within enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for someone experienced in complex B2B sales cycles, account-based prospecting, and engaging senior decision-makers such as C-level executives.
You will play a critical role in building pipeline for Account Executives by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing enterprise prospects through strategic outreach.
Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) into enterprise accounts
Identify and engage key decision-makers (VP, Director, C-level) within large organizations
Conduct deep account research and implement account-based sales strategies
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT)
Book high-quality discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in CRM systems
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting
Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, preferably in SaaS
Proven track record in enterprise outbound sales and pipeline generation
Strong experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizations
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze outreach performance
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
