ABOUT THE ROLE

Veho partners with a network of independent contractor drivers who complete last-mile deliveries for customers. The Driver Marketplace team helps ensure there is enough driver supply to meet delivery demand while improving marketplace performance, driver experience, and operational execution.

As a Driver Marketplace Live-Selling Coordinator, you will help manage Veho’s live marketplace operations across the United States. You will monitor route sell-through, respond to real-time operational issues, coordinate pricing and communication actions, and work closely with teams across Ground Operations, Transportation, NOC, and third-party logistics partners.

This is a hands-on operations role for someone who enjoys solving problems in real time, following clear processes, communicating across teams, and taking ownership of important details. You will start by mastering the core workflows that keep Veho’s marketplace moving, then grow into broader ownership of the real time operational decisions, disruptions, and improvements that shape marketplace performance.

This role is based in Bogotá and includes a schedule that supports 5-day marketplace coverage. Weekend work is part of the regular schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Monitor marketplace performance and take action to support route sell-through across Veho’s delivery markets

  • Coordinate real time operational responses with teams across Ground Operations, Transportation, the National Operations Command, and external partners

  • Support marketplace decisions related to route availability, driver incentives, operational disruptions, and delivery readiness

  • Create and schedule clear English and Spanish communications for driver partners, including marketplace updates, service disruptions, and time sensitive reminders

  • Monitor external factors that may affect delivery operations, including weather, traffic disruptions, holidays, and major local events

  • Represent Driver Marketplace Operations in daily cross functional meetings, sharing marketplace performance, active risks, and required follow up

  • Document actions, track outcomes, and escalate issues that require additional review or approval

  • Help improve the processes, tools, and communication workflows that support live marketplace operations

  • Over time, take on broader ownership of recurring operational planning and marketplace readiness initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING

  • An advanced English level (B2 or Higher)

  • 3+ years of experience in live operations, logistics, marketplace operations, customer operations, transportation, ecommerce, or a related field.

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including strong written and communication skills in both languages.

  • Experience working with teams based in the United States

  • Experience managing time-sensitive operational issues, escalations, or customer-facing communications.

  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.

  • Comfort learning new internal tools and operational systems quickly.

  • Experience in gig economy, delivery, rideshare, ecommerce, logistics, or two-sided marketplace environments is a plus.

  • Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a flexible schedule that may include Sunday or other weekend coverage
