Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple online channels. The organization is focused on strengthening its digital presence through engaging content, effective social media management, AI-powered marketing workflows, website optimization, and strategic collaboration with external marketing agencies. ROLE OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives across social media, website content, digital campaigns, and AI-enabled marketing workflows. The Digital Marketing Specialist will create engaging content, manage online communities, coordinate with external agencies, maintain website content, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, and analyze campaign performance to support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, organization, technology, and data-driven marketing execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CONTENT CREATION & DIGITAL PRESENCE
Create and optimize content across social media platforms, blogs, and website pages.
Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all digital assets.
Update website content, product pages, and multimedia assets as needed.
Ensure digital content aligns with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Manage publishing schedules and content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
Foster audience engagement and support community growth initiatives.
Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements to content performance.
AGENCY & VENDOR COORDINATION
Coordinate with external agencies responsible for SEO, digital campaigns, and website initiatives.
Review agency deliverables to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing vendors and agency partners.
Monitor campaign timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
AI-ENABLED MARKETING OPTIMIZATION
Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, scheduling, reporting, and campaign execution.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks.
Implement AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency.
Continuously evaluate new AI tools and marketing technologies.
REPORTING & ANALYTICS
Track marketing KPIs including engagement, website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
Maintain dashboards and marketing reports for leadership.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
Use data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Update website pages, product listings, and multimedia content.
Ensure website updates follow brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and UX standards.
Support ongoing website maintenance and digital content optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.
Experience maintaining or updating websites using CMS platforms.
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns with external agencies or vendors.
Experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
SKILLS
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices.
Experience using AI-powered marketing tools.
Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting marketing performance data.
Experience maintaining marketing dashboards and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
