Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

VirtueStaff is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help accelerate the growth of both the fitness and tumbling sides for our client. This dynamic role is a hybrid of content creation, technical ad management, and operational administration. You will be responsible for everything from scripting and editing high-engagement video content to optimizing Google Ads campaigns, managing our Wix website integration, and ensuring our Vagaro booking platform is seamlessly updated for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design, edit, and schedule high-quality social media content using Canva and CapCut, focusing heavily on short-form video and carousel/wheel-style posts

• Manage, optimize, and evaluate the performance of Google Ads campaigns; integrate Google Ads data seamlessly with our Wix website

• Oversee the setup and ongoing management of the Vagaro booking system, including creating and updating tumbling classes to ensure an easy online booking experience for clients

• Draft and distribute monthly email newsletters, and write engaging, SEO-friendly monthly blog articles for our website

• Assist in defining overarching marketing strategies, optimize existing ad campaigns, and proactively research and apply for qualifying business grants

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and general administrative support. Experience within the fitness, gymnastics, or sports industry is highly preferred

• Mastery of Canva and CapCut for fast-paced content production. Strong working knowledge of Wix, Google Ads, and social media platform backend algorithms

• Experience with booking and membership software, ideally Vagaro, is a significant plus

• A highly organized self-starter who thinks creatively but is comfortable diving into analytics, tracking metrics, and discovering grant opportunities
