Job Title: Digital Ad Buyer & Quality Control

Location: Remote (Latin America)

Work Hours: Full-Time

Compensation: 2,500–3,000 USD/month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly detailed and hands-on Digital Ad Buyer & Quality Control specialist to support our performance marketing team. Our client is a boutique digital marketing agency that prioritizes substance over fluff, maintaining a close, high-impact relationship with a limited roster of premium clients across music, entertainment, media, and tech.

This role is structured in phases: initially, your primary focus will be performing meticulous quality checks and reporting across paid marketing, email, and SMS campaigns. Within a month, you will transition into independently planning, setting up, and launching ad campaigns across multiple platforms. If you are an incredibly organized stickler for detail who loves a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Quality check campaign execution by the advertising team, catching errors in setup, targeting, copy, creative, event dates, locations, and more.

  • Communications & Tracking: Monitor and respond to pertinent email communications between clients and external teams.

  • Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage end-to-end paid ad campaigns without assistance across Meta and TikTok (and ideally Google).

  • Strategy & Reporting: Create strategic and budget recommendations for campaigns and develop regular reports with actionable insights for clients.

  • Project Management: Ensure meeting action items are carefully noted, assigned, and tracked in ClickUp to ensure timely execution.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience building and managing ad campaigns, with deep expertise in the nuances of the Meta ads platform at a micro level, alongside experience in TikTok and Google Ads.

  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency using in-depth project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar software.

  • Extreme Attention to Detail: Absolute zero-tolerance for typos, inaccurate information, or mismatched event details (such as dates, venues, or lineups).

  • Communication Skills: Proactive internal and external communication skills with fluent English proficiency.

  • Team Fit: Experience working closely with a small, fast-paced team while remaining highly organized with your own tasks, priorities, and calendar.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working with ticketed live events, a passion for music, or strong taste in the space.

  • Hands-on technical experience with tracking pixels (generation, installation, conversion events, and custom audience creation).

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics to monitor client traffic trends.

  • Experience drafting and executing email or SMS marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Laylo, Hive, or Community.

  • Foundational SEO optimization skills across client web domains.
