We’re hiring a Dedicated Customer Intelligence Analyst (Remote) to manage day-to-day client demands, monitor digital threats, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical junior professional who is passionate about customer success and digital risk protection. You’ll be part of our Services team, conducting alignment meetings, triaging threat detection tickets, and analyzing KPIs to continuously improve our clients' health and security posture. This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide.

A typical workday might include:
Leading alignment meetings and managing day-to-day client demands.
Configuring platform triggers and monitoring system settings.
Triaging and validating threat tickets, including Deep/Dark Web searches.
Supporting clients with platform navigation and product inquiries.
Managing client-internal platforms to streamline operational demands.
Preparing and delivering custom data reports and performance insights.
Collecting client feedback to drive continuous workflow improvements.
Analyzing client Health Scores and proposing strategic improvements.
Requirements
Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
Prior knowledge or entry-level experience in data analysis, customer support, or technical operations.
Previous experience in customer relationship management or customer success.
Knowledge of fundamental cybersecurity concepts.
Familiarity with search parameters like Google Dorks.
Basic understanding of APIs and entry-level programming skills.
