Check out [our](https://blog.muttdata.ai/tag/Case%20Studies/1) case studies and dive into our [blog post](https://blog.muttdata.ai/) to learn more about our culture and the exciting projects we’re working on! 🚀 Responsibilities 🤓 * Design and implement ML models for business needs like forecasting, recommendation systems, pricing, and churn. * Perform EDA to identify trends, anomalies, and relationships in the data. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, success metrics, and data needs. * Build scalable and maintainable ML workflows and ensure smooth model deployment. * Monitor model performance and retrain when needed to ensure reliability. * Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. * Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate models. * Mentor junior team members and promote data science best practices. * Contribute to internal standards on testing, reproducibility, and documentation. * Stay current with advances in ML and AI to bring new ideas to the team. Required Skills 💻 * Expert knowledge of Python for data analysis and machine learning modeling. * Hands-on experience with common ML libraries and frameworks. * Strong understanding of machine learning and statistical techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, time series analysis, and A/B testing. * Experience deploying ML models into production and maintaining them. * Proficiency in writing clean, reproducible, production-grade code. * Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with structured and unstructured data from relational databases and/or data lakes. * Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders clearly and effectively. * Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with product, engineering, and business units. * Experience with version control (Git) and agile development practices.
