Required Skills 💻 * Programming Expertise: High proficiency in Python, with a strong emphasis on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. * Software Development Best Practices: Solid understanding and practical application of software development principles, including collaborative coding and version control using Git. * Theoretical Depth: Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning theory, with the ability to understand and implement new techniques from academic literature. * Problem-Solving & Innovation: A creative and analytical mindset with a talent for proposing novel solutions to challenging problems. * Communication & Presentation: Excellent ability to distill complex quantitative findings into clear, concise, and persuasive presentations for diverse audiences. * Leadership & Mentoring: A passion for guiding and developing junior talent, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
