Data architect (Fabric)

We are looking for a highly skilled **Data Architect** with strong expertise in **Microsoft Fabric** to design, build, and optimize scalable data platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cloud-first environment and enjoys shaping modern data architectures that drive business insights and innovation. You will play a key role in defining data strategy, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. * 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture or similar roles * Strong hands-on experience with **Microsoft Fabric** (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Synapse integration, etc.) * Solid experience with Azure data services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory) * Expertise in data modeling (dimensional and relational) * Proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data processing * Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines * Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance * Experience working in cloud-native environments * Strong communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams #### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement end-to-end data architecture solutions using **Microsoft Fabric** * Define data models, data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouse architectures * Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines * Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions * Establish data governance, data quality, and security standards * Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval for performance and cost-efficiency * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams * Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem * Ensure compliance with data regulations and best practices
