Own the full patient data ingestion lifecycle. You'll validate, transform, and manage healthcare data while helping teams make better decisions with clean, reliable information.
Own end-to-end patient data ingestion workflows.
Validate incoming healthcare data files.
Build and maintain ETL processes.
Write SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
Apply data corrections and transformations.
Create scheduled and ad hoc reports.
Partner across teams to resolve data issues.
Document workflows and improve data standards.
Healthcare experience with a payer, large health system, or similar organization.
Advanced SQL skills and database experience.
Light Python coding experience.
Direct experience with data loads and ETL processes.
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Bilingual Spanish and English.
Experience analyzing large datasets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Contact center industry experience.
Experience with healthcare or patient data reporting.
Experience improving ETL workflows and data quality.
