You will be working with recent technologies in a strong team of professionals. Position Overview The Business Central (BC) Functional Consultant is a core member of the Ciellos Services team. In this role, you will lead the functional implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for our customers. You will work directly with clients to understand their business processes, gather and document requirements, design functional solutions, and support the full implementation lifecycle from discovery to deployment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment are essential. Responsibilities • Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects (discovery, design, planning, configuration, testing, deployment). • Work directly with clients to understand user and system requirements and identify required enhancements or customizations. • Document business processes, business requirements, and functional specifications. • Configure and implement Business Central applications in customer environments. • Manage client expectations, guide the project team, and ensure excellent customer experience. • Provide functional support throughout the full project lifecycle. • Collaborate with developers on solution design, development, and testing. • Conduct functional testing and validate delivered solutions. • Prepare user documentation and support users during training and go‑live. Required • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or implementation environment. • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements. • Experience working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment. • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. • Upper‑intermediate or higher level of English. Nice to Have • Previous experience with Dynamics NAV Location This is a remote position requiring the candidate to work standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (ET). Eligible Locations: Latin America. Candidates must have reliable internet connectivity and be legally authorized to work in their country of residence. Compensation The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the location.
