We are seeking a professional and reliable Customer Service Representative to support U.S.-based businesses in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls while providing excellent customer support.
You will assist customers, manage appointments and follow-ups, document information accurately, and help ensure a positive experience on every interaction.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Assist customers with questions, scheduling, and follow-ups
Provide accurate information and customer support
Document call notes and updates in company systems
Maintain a professional and positive tone on calls
Follow company processes and communication guidelines
Support the team with general customer service tasks
Excellent spoken and written English (C1+ preferred)
Previous experience in customer service, BPO, call center, or phone-based roles
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Reliable internet connection and professional work setup
Consistent and reliable work ethic

Zoom
