Customer Service Representative - Remote - GOS

Our services include computer repair, IT support, smart home installation, and a broad range of in-home and business technology services—offering fast, reliable solutions across a wide range of devices and systems. **Job Overview** This is a full-time, work from home position and you'll handle high volumes of customer calls, providing product and service information, following instructions, and procedures, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer relationships through active listening and problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities** * Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information or solutions. * Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality. * Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary. * Maintain accurate and organized call logs in our system. * Multitask efficiently while navigating multiple systems and tools. **Requirements** * Excellent verbal communication - At least 85% English level is required (B2, C1, C2). * High school diploma or equivalent. * Customer Representative experience preferred but not required. * Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems. * Windows computer and headset (Computer specifications: CPU: Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or 5 RAM: 8GB expandable up to 16GB, OS: Windows 10 - 11, Storage: 250/500GB (Preferably SSD) Able to connect to ethernet. * Energy and Internet stability (At least 50Mbps internet speed) * Schedule flexibility to work 6 days a week within hours of operation: 7am - 12am EST. * Police record * A copy of the ID **Benefits** * Competitive pay $400 – $600 monthly payment (based on experience/location). * Paid training program. * 15 days PTO per annum. * Work remotely from anywhere in LATAM. * Opportunity to grow with a U.S.-based company leading in tech services. * Fast-paced, dynamic environment where your impact is recognized. * Payment through Payoneer once a month.
