We’re hiring a Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to handle high-volume inbound calls and convert customer inquiries into booked plumbing jobs and memberships.
This is a sales-first customer service role — not just answering calls.
You’ll guide conversations, solve problems, and confidently move customers toward booking services while delivering a professional, customer-first experience.
