We’re hiring a client-facing training professional to help customers learn and confidently use our platform.
This role is ideal for:
Trainers
L&D professionals
Teachers with strong presentation skills
Customer-facing professionals
What You'll Do
Deliver onboarding and training sessions
Guide clients through product usage
Help customers become confident users
Requirements
2+ years of experience delivering training, onboarding, or customer education sessions
Experience leading live sessions, workshops, or presentations (not just supporting training)
Strong ability to explain processes, tools, or platforms clearly
Excellent communication skills suitable for U.S.-based clients
English level: C1 or C2 (required)
Reliable internet and professional remote setup
We’re Especially Interested In Candidates Who Have:
Experience onboarding customers or users onto a tool, platform, or structured process
Background in:
Customer Success / Onboarding
Product Training / Enablement
Learning & Development / Corporate Training
Teaching (with structured group delivery)
Experience delivering sessions via Zoom or similar tools
Familiarity with CRM or software tools (a plus, not required)
This Role is NOT a Fit For:
Customer support roles without training responsibilities
HR onboarding focused only on internal employees
Administrative or coordination roles without training delivery
ESL/teaching roles without structured presentation or facilitation experience
